Overview
In this project, I focused on revitalizing the digital presence of Mamlakat Al Oud, a luxury perfume brand specializing in oud-based fragrances. The goal was to transform their underperforming online platform, which had been built on a generic template and struggled with zero sales and minimal engagement. By reimagining their website, I aimed to create a unique and interactive experience that resonates with their audience, blending sophistication with the allure of their brand to drive meaningful engagement and conversions.
Problem
Mamlakat Al Oud faced significant challenges in their digital presence, starting with zero online sales despite having a website and active social media channels. The generic template design and poor functionality of the website resulted in low customer engagement, offering little to no incentive for user interaction or retention. Additionally, the platform was hindered by inadequate e-commerce functionality, lacking essential features such as seamless checkout processes, optimized product pages, and mobile responsiveness, all of which are critical for a successful online shopping experience.
